Paul Gibbons

My daughter went to Prestbury school and I was elected a Governor in Sept 2016. I am now in my second term and was elected as Chair of Governors in Sept 2019. I am incredibly proud of the work the Full Governing Board does in supporting the school, the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership team with the strategic vision and direction. It is a challenging but rewarding role.

In my professional career, I am the founding director of a construction consultancy, a chartered Quantity Surveyor and Accredited Expert Witness: it is great to be able to use these skills in supporting Prestbury CE School.

Away from work and governing, I am a keen golfer and captain of the North West Business Golf Society. When I am not golfing, I enjoy family walks with my wife and daughter at the many great places the UK has on offer.
