If you decide to apply for a place for your child at Prestbury, please submit your application on the Admissions page on the Cheshire East website https:\/\/www.cheshireeast.gov.uk\/schools\/admissions\/admissions.aspx and also complete the Supplementary Information Form below and return it to the school office.<\/p>
