Lynda Saunders

I have lived in Prestbury for over 20 years and my daughters both attended Prestbury Primary School. A retired teacher, I am ‘at home’ in educational settings and, as a member of the P and C committee and SEND link governor, am excited to use my experience to help both children and teachers to flourish and reach their full potential. I have a particular interest in special educational needs, and attempt to keep updated with new developments in this area.

At present, I am a Church Warden at St. Peter’s Church and am eager to strengthen links between school and church, and to encourage the school in maintaining a distinctive Christian ethos.

I am enjoying retirement with new hobbies, holidays in Madeira, volunteering and spending time with family.
